Web Browser is an software that provide interface in between user and internet. Browser are also called as Web Browser or Universal Client. All major web browsers allow the user to open multiple information resources at the same time Most web browsers can display a list of web pages that the user has bookmarked so that the user can quickly return to them. Bookmarks are also called "Favorites" in Internet Explorer. web browser is the program you use to view pages on internet and navigate the World Wide Web. Web browsers are sometimes referred to as Web clients or other fancy names ("Internet navigation tools") . Most browsers are freeware or shareware (try before you buy) or have a lenient licensing policy

Types of web Browser 1)Graphical Browser Graphical browser are those browser which can display graphics as well as text tese browser is called as Graphical Browser. This browser also display animated picture ,playing sound clip,viedo clip. Example of the graphical web BrowserInternet explorer, netscape navigator, opera, firefox, googel crome ,apple sfari.

IE is a graphical user interface software for browsing .it was launched by Microsoft in 1995 this graphical environment basically contain four primary compound. Text browser are those browser which can display only textutal information not graphics these browser is called as Text Browser. lynx. i) Lynx originally developed by the University of Kansas and now by Foteos Macrides at the Worcester Foundation for Biological Research, is an excellent browser for text-only Internet connections such as dial-up UNIX accounts. It requires VT100 terminal emulation, which most terminal emulation programs should support. You can use arrow keys to select links in Web pages

Web publishing document may be other than HTML web pages but today the majority of document in a web publishing in html format.
