Respected Ma’am/Sir,
With all due respect, I am writing this letter as a request to change my electric bill payment into monthly
installment. I am your customer since 2007 and was disconnected due to my electric bill that exceeded to
90,626.52 php. In view of this, this is to inform you that I do not belong from a higher class and resided now
at Barangay Tulungatung since we were a fire victim during Zamboanga Siege. therefore, it is not easy for me
to afford the bill and pay it one go. I wish to be able to reconnect but I could not due to my electric bill and
financial issues I’m facing nowadays.
I request you to kindly convert my payment bill into installment. If you approve my request, it would be a big
help to me and will be easy for me to manage the payment and promise to pay it on time.

I hope that you find my request worth considering.
