❖ ABSTRACT
As the name specifies of the project “SPORTSVERSE” is
developed for shopping of sports related clothes. This website contains all the clothing products which is
used for sportswear. There are many sportswear clothes available for both men and women. The user can
perform shopping using this website according to their need. The user can easily find out their desired
products. The user can search for the products of different brands which they want. In the website
‘SPORTSVERSE’, there are products of different brands which is suitable for the user to search for their
desired products.
User can :-
• login to the website by entering username and password.
• create their account in the website by filling their personal details in the signup form.
• contact to the seller by filling their queries in the contact form.
• access to every products easily.

The main objective of the Project is to manage the shopping of the sports related products. The purpose of the
project is to built a website to reduce the manual shopping of the sports clothing products which is very time
consuming and tedious. This website can help many to easily buy products without any problem .
❖ FUNCTIONALITY PROVIDED BY SPORTSVERSE
Provides the searching facilities based on various factors such as sports shoes, tshirt, trousers, boots, etc.
• Manage the products that user has ordered.
• It deals with need of the customers and their uses.
• Manage the information of the Customer.
• Details of the customers .
❖ ABOUT THEPROJECT:-
Our project ‘SPORTSVERSE ’ is a website which is used to buy the sports related products such as
trousers, t-shirts, boots, shoes, etc. for both men and women. Our project starts with home page where
customers can get sports brand products with categories which make them easy to find out. This website
is designed in a simple way so that each customer can access the products and interacts easily. Various
products with their prices are mentioned. Customers can buy the products by clicking in buy button and
entering the details required. The customer can also login and signup to the website.
❖THE TECHNOLOGIES USED IN THIS WEBSITE:
HTML: (Hyper Text Markup Language)HTML is used to create and save web document.
CSS:(Cascadin Style Sheets) Create attractive Layout
JavaScript: It is a programming language, commonly use with web browsers.
PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) is a technology that allows software developers to create
dynamically generated web pages, in HTML, XML, or other document types, as per client request.
PHP is open source software.
MySQL: MySql is a database, widely used for Accessing querying, updating, and managing data in
databases.

❖ LIMITATION OF SPORTSVERSE :-
Although I have put my best efforts to make the website flexible, easy to operate but limitations cannot be
ruled out. Though it presents a broad range of options to its users some intricate options could not be
covered into it; partly because of logistic and partly due to lack of sophistication. Lack of time also
compelled me to ignore some part such as payment gateway, add to cart method, admin portal login etc.
➢ LIST OF LIMITATIONS WHICH IS AVAILABLE IN
SPORTSVERSE
I. The transactions are executed in off-line mode, hence there is only cash on delivery option.
II. Payment gateway not added.
III. No signup through otp.
IV. No message to user what they have ordered in their registered mobile or email.
❖ FUTURESCOPEOFTHEPROJECT
In a nutshell, it can be summarized that the future scope of the project circles around maintaining information
regarding:-
We can add payment gateway infuture.
We can give more advance software for SPORTSVERSE including more facilities
We will host the platform on online servers to make it accessible worldwide.
Implement the backup mechanism for taking backup of codebase and database on regular basis
on differentservers.
The above mentioned points are the enhancements which can be done to increase the applicability and
usage of this project. Here we can maintain the records of the users and the products .
❖ CONCLUSION
We have successfully implemented the site ‘SPORTSVERSE’ with the help of various links and tools.
We us HTML, CSS and Javascript for frontend. For backend, we used php and for storing the data we used
MySQL. With the help of these we have able made a sports clothing e-commerce website which will be live
soon and running on the web. We have been successful in our attempt to take care of needs of the customers.
In future, we will improve our project by adding payment gateway, adiministrator login, add to cart
option and many more improvement.. We will make this website fully fledged so that it could be hosted
world wide.
