FORM OF AGREEMENT TO BE EXECUTED BY THE CANDIDATES DEPUTED FOR

FOUNDATIONAL TRAINING AT CIVIL SERVICE TRAINING INSTITUTE, BHAVANISAGAR.

1) Know by these presents that I _____________________________________(Name of the

the Trainee).

2) I ________________________________ (Surety name) working as

Surety) agrees to stand surety for the trainee and are being to the Governor of Tamil Nadu for

a sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to be paid to the said Governor of Tamil

Nadu or to his certain attorney or representative authorized on his behalf for which payment

will are truly to be made we join bind ourselves, our heir’s executors, administrators, legal

representatives and assigns and each one of us behinds himself, his heirs, executors legal

representatives and assigned firmly by the presents.

3) As witness our hands the day noted under our respective signature below.

4) Whereas the said Thiru/Tmt/Selvi___________________________________ (Name of the

Trainee) has been selected by the Govt. of Tamil Nadu (herein after called the Govt) for

training as a ________________________________(Designation of the Trainee) in the

___________________________________________(Department of the Trainee) and whereas the

Govt. have agreed to pay the said Thiru/Tmt/Selvi.______________________________ (Name of

the Trainee) by way of pay and allowance during his/her training period at such date as he /

she is eligible to draw at the time of training.

Thiru/Tmt/Selvi._________________________________ (Name of the Trainee) shall, unless

prevented by accident or illness certified by a competent medical authority to be satisfaction

prevented by circumstances over which the said person shall have no control (the opinion of

existence of such circumstances being final) undergo the full period of training as prescribed

in G.O.Ms.No. 3669. Public (Trg.II) Department dated 23.9.75 at the Civil Service Training

Institute, Bhavanisagar and shall during such period of training abide by such rules as may

from time to time be laid down by the Government or the Principal, Civil Service Training

Institute, Bhavanisagar or competent authority for regularizing the course of Training

attendance and conduct and shall not during course of training be guilty of idleness,

misconduct or irregularity in attendance and shall at all times obey and follow the orders and

directions that may from time to time be given by the Government or the Principal, Civil

Service Training Institute, Bhavanisagar or the

other person duly authorized on his behalf, on completion of his/her training he/she shall sit

for the examination conducted by the Principal, Civil Service Training Institute, Bhavanisagar

and pass it.

6) He/she agree that he/she is bound to serve the State Government for a period of not

less than 5 years at the date of completion of Training as

___________________________________(Designation of the Trainee) in the department and if the

said Thiru/Tmt/Selvi. _________________________________(Name of the Trainee) shall, in the

event of failing to observe or perform all or any one or more of the covenant and conditions

here in before contained, refund to the Govt. on demand the sum actually drawn as pay and

allowance by the said Thiru/Tmt/Selvi._____________________________________ (Name of the

Trainee) during the period of his / her training.

The sum of Rs. 50,000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand only) under the bond may be recovered under

the Madras Revenue Recovery Act 1864 (Madras Act.II of 1864) as if it were in arrear of Land

Revenue, without prejudice to any other mode of recovery.
