JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, ROGELIO B. MENDEZ and NORBERTO G. LUMANAS, JR.,Filipinos, of legal ages,


married, and residents of Pilar, Bohol and Cortes, Bohol, Philippines, respectively, after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state:

That we both personally know the person of AUREO CASTRODES MIASCO, JR., a public
school teacher, currently stationed at Pilar Technical Vocational High School, Pilar Bohol;

That Aureo Castrodes Miasco, Jr., is the common law husband of Fe T. Olid, with three (3)
minor’s children, namely;

1. Ezra Olid Miasco- born on Decmber 23, 2004;


2. Mark Olid Miasco- born on March 8, 2006;
3. Marco Olid Miasco- born on March 8, 2006;

That his common law wife, Fe T. Olid is a plain housewife;

That Aureo Castrodes Miasco, Jr., supports/provides his three minors’ children their entire
daily needs, educational expenses and other expenses;

That they are living together under the same roof, as one family at Purok II, Poblacion,
Pilar, Bohol since on the year 2008;

That we are not in a way related either by consanguinity or affinity to the said person and
neither are we interested in the outcome of this affidavit.

That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for
whatever legal purpose this may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 15th day of June, 2017 at
the City of Tagbilaran, Bohol, Philippines.
