Terms And Conditions
1. I have paid Rs. 50000/- ( Rupees Rupees Fifty Thousands Only only ) against the booking of CARENS.
2. I acknowledge the Model/Variant/Fuel & Color selected with my consent.
3. Vehicle will be delivered strictly in the order of receipt of customer booking subject to payment and other
formalities. Delivery date given on the order booking form is only indicative. Vehicle delivery will
however be subject to available of vehicles.
4. No cancellation charges will be applicable on this booking. However, in case of booking made online,
a processing fee / transaction charge / levies of Rs.250/- will be charged to customer against refund of booking
amount.
5. The Processing fees for the online booking payment made by the customer will be borne by the dealership, only
in case where the online booking is getting converted into a successful sale of delivery of car to the customer by
the dealership.
6. Prices / Schemes prevailing at the time of invoicing/billing shall be applicable. Booking will not guarantee price
protection.
7. In case customers wishes to change variant / color etc. post seven days of the booking; booking modification date
will be generated. Vehicle delivery period will be subject to stock availability and as per the booking
modification date.
8. Road tax & other Local body taxes may vary as per state & city.
9. TCS is applicable as per government norms and may vary for PAN card holders and non-PAN card holders.
10. Basic Kit includes standard set of accessories and is optional.
11. Insurance is 100% comprehensive policy package. The amount is inclusive of 3 year third party cover.This is in
accordance with the law effective 1st Sep 2018; where-in all the new cars sold in India should have
3 year third party cover.
12. Extended warranty prices for 4th & 5th year with unlimited KM.
