ERAT (Tata Kelola Pemerintahan yang Efektif, Efisien, dan Kuat) seeks the
services of a qualified organization/company to conduct competitions among
local social entrepreneurs to identify and support social entrepreneurs that can
contribute to the improvement of public service delivery in six provinces namely
East Nusa Tenggara, North Sumatra, South Sulawesi, East Java, West Kalimantan,
and Banten. ERAT plans to procure this service through a Fixed Price subcontract
with a maximum total value of IDR 4.3 billion with a performance period of 12
months from the award date.
ERAT invites organization/ company to submit a technical and financial proposal
for the scope of work described Appendix A. Please refer to the Section 1:
schedule below for general background and instructions, Section 2 of this RFP for
the submission documents, and Section 3 instructions on preparation of the
technical proposal.
All questions and inquiries related to this solicitation will be addressed at the
Offeror’s conference which will be held online on or about May 25, 2022. Proposal
must be submitted no later than June 3, 2022, 17:00 WIB. Proposal must be sent
through email subcontract-proposal@program-erat.or.id with subject “Proposal
Submission to ERAT RFP No. TO1-003-2022 – [Name of Organization/
Company]”.
Please note the costs incurred by the Offeror for the preparation of a proposal and
the negotiation of contract are not reimbursable. ERAT is not bound to accept any
of the proposals submitted and reserves the right to accept the offers of proposal
without further discussion. ERAT will only evaluate proposals from registered and
qualified organization/company to implement and complete the work described in
Appendix A.
