1 Scope
This standard specifies the dimensions, tolerances of Screw 100° with washer for use in aerospace
applications.

3 Requirements

3.1 Configuration, dimensions, mass and tolerances

The configuration, dimensions and tolerances and mass shall be in accordance with figure 1 and table 2 and
table 3.
Tolerances not specified, shall be in accordance with ISO2768-m.
Material shall be in accordance with table 1.
Coating in accordance with EN4473 is not required under the countersunk head of the screw and in the
dimpled countersink of the washer.
For painted fasteners, the only surface to be painted is the upper surface of the head and washer. See
Figure 1.
