TOYOTA QUALITY CHECK
Check body and paint for damage.
Check for vehicle cleanliness, interior/exterior.
Interior/Exterior Check parking brake adjustment.
Check that all door strikers are lubricated.
Check that Service booklet has been completed & returned to glove compartment.
Check that radio has been turned off.
Check lubrication sticker has been replaced.
Check electric windows and door locks operation.
Check all warning lights(e.g. oil pessure) in combination
meter operate and "go off ".
Check radiator cap is tight.
Engine/Chassis Check oil filler cap is tight.
Check for oil or coolant leaks.
Check oil levels
Check drive belt tension.
Check battery is clean and secure.
Check all brake fluid and coolant levels are correct.
Check air cleaner housing security.
Check for diesel leaks (diesel engine)
Road Test Check engine performance.
Check brake operation/performance.
Check steering wheel alignment.
Check for wheel and steering balance.
Check for clutch operation (if applicable).
Check transmission operation (manual or automatic).
Check transfer box operation (4WD)
Check for suspension noise, vibration or harshness (NVH).
Check work performed corresponds with customer's requests.
Sign repair order and check sheet to confirm QC.
Return keys to Service Reception locating board.
Note any additional work required, use QC mirror hanger.
Check operation of "Free Wheeling Hubs" (if applicable 4x4).
Note: Seat cover and floor mats can be removed by Car Washer or Service Advisor.
