single fan will not adequately cool the vehicle to properly represent in-use
operation.

3.40 Range Test Procedure:

Range Test Procedure: The Multi-Cycle Range and Energy Consumption Test (MCT)
SAE J1634 Oct. 2012 test procedure consists of four UDDS cycles and two HWFET
cycles in a specified sequence including mid-test and end-of-test constant speed
“depletion phases”. The range and efficiency values are estimated by applying a
correction factor of 0.7 to the UDDS and HWFET results to estimate the effect of the
three supplementary cycles. Constant speed preformed at 65 mph.

Tested according to “California Exhaust Emission Standards and Test Procedures for
2018 and Subsequent Model Zero-Emission Vehicles, adopted March 22, 2012

3.50 Regenerative Braking:
Regenerative braking is divided into 2 segments.

1. Segment is OPD (Regenerative braking when accelerator pedal is released), 2.

Segment is regenerative with brake pedal (when brake pedal is pressed). User could
adjust 1st segment (OPD) between options OFF, Low, High. User cannot change any
settings of the 2nd segment (Regen on brake pedal), however some driving modes
have this disabled.

3.60 Battery and Vehicle Pre-Conditioning

Procedures:
The HV battery and vehicle does not require any pre-conditioning to enable the
vehicle system. However, Rimac followed CD-15-4 and accumulated 4,263 miles on
the vehicle and tires prior to conducting J2263 testing.
