The Road Taken

 That there are people who only came in our lives to be a lesson
or an inspiration but they are not meant to stay, they might bring
the best in you or they might bring a nightmare in you. We all
have different phases in life, I may consider things easy but it may
be hard for you. I may forget all the things that we had but you
may still be imprisoned of that memories.

The girl was sitting at the far left corner of the jeepney and she’s just staring
at the empty seat in front of her while having deep thoughts, the jeepney
started to fill by students and teachers because it is raining that time until
one familiar scent caught the attention of the girl.
She was caught off guard and she didn’t know how to react, she started to
panic but she is still trying her best to stay calm and she’s trying to convince
herself that it’s not the guy that she used to know, the girl once met the
gaze that once belonged to a family. He was her weakness not until he
became a stranger again.
It all started being some strangers until they were introduced to one another
by their common friends then they became the best of friends, a lot has
thought that they were dating. They were never sure of what they had or
maybe they were just afraid to be honest and accept how they feel for
one another.
It’s just that things started to get complicated and she didn’t even have the
chance to move on and forget what they had because it was too precious
for her, not until she realized that they are strangers again and he has
already moved on unlike her who’s still stuck in their memories.
As they guy got off the jeepney the girl started to feel the same pain just
like the time that he had left her then there she is, again and still stocked at
sitting in the corner of the jeepney staring blankly with deep thoughts.
