LOCAL HEALTH BOARD

MINUTES OF THE MEETING

DATE: APRIL 18, 2022


TIME: 2:00 PM

In attendance:

 Meeting started at around 2:40 PM


 Ms. Malaya discussed about the One COVID Allowance criteria for BHWs.
 Concern about the liquidation reports o0n previous Special Risk Allowance was raised. Mr.
Belardo volunteered to raise the concern and follow up the liquidation to the Municipal
Treasurer and Accounting Office.
 45, 000+ Vaccination Linelist backlogs was discussed with the temporary solution that
employees from different departments will help in encoding. Memorandum will be issued to
the employees.
 Orientation for the employees will be conducted by Nikkamae Cabrera.
 Concern about ambulance being under repair and no vehicle is being utilized in the RHU was
raised. As a solution, Mr. Belardo assured the RHU staff that an ambulance will be pulled out
from MDRRMO and will be assigned to RHU.

 The group agreed to fix the Local Health Board Meeting every 1st Monday of every beginning
quarter.
