APPLICATION
GERONIMO T. LANDINGIN, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of
_______________, respectfully applies to have the land hereinafter described brought
under the operation of the property registration decree and to have thereto registered and
confirmed:
AND DECLARE - -
1.) That the applicant is the owner of the parcels of land by virtue of
succession. The said lands consist of 3 parcels situated, bounded, and described as shown
on the plan and technical description attached hereto and made a part hereof;
2.) That the total assessed value of the parcels of land being registered is Php
12,530;
3.) That to the best of the undersigned’s knowledge and belief, the land is free
from any lien or encumbrance, and no person has interest therein, legal or equitable, or in
possession thereof;
4.) That the applicant inherited the said parcels of land from his grandfather
Victorino Tumamang, and acquired the same by virtue of an Extra Judicial Settlement
with Quitclaim executed on October 15, 2003;
5.) That the names and address of the adjoining lot owners, as shown on the
plan are:
