 SEPTEMBER 18, 2022

A new day to start by going to one of the falls in Itogon, Benguet with our supervisor in
production. Our task today is gathering some feature news to promote their tourism sites. We also do
some interviews to establish the story. Even if we are tired from yesterday's hike we still manage to go
up and see the Suyok falls. We also gathered some video clips from the falls, barangay hall, and some
of the people who offer “Home Staying”. I also gather some video clips of their St. Joseph Heritage
Church for our graphics. After all the interviews gathered, we packed our things and go back to
Baguio.

SEPTEMBER 19, 2022

My task today is doing feature news regathering to what we gathered yesterday in
Itogon, Benguet. I started doing my script by 9 am. After that, I gather all of the interviews and
do my SOT. By 12:30, I finished my script and I passed it to Ma’am Sophia for checking.
While they are checking my script, I compile all of my materials in ma’am Sophia's folder By 2
pm my script is undergoing final rechecking by sir Charles. Then after that, Ma’am Sophia
voice over my feature news. Later that moment we set up for the Luzon Headlines.

SEPTEMBER 20, 2022

Today is Tuesday, I should gather hard news. My outlook for today is about the
statement of the World Health Organization regathering on finishing the pandemic. I gather
some MOTS (Man on the Streets) for my interview. So we went to the vaccination sites in
Baguio City to ask some people what are their reactions to that statement. We also gather some
materials, and video clips for our graphics. By 12 noon I started doing my script. Later that
moment I finished my script by 2 pm and it is ready for checking by Ma’am Sophia after 30
minutes, Sir Charles rechecked it. After that, ma’am Sophia voice over my news. After all the
news was edited, we set up the studio for the Luzon Headlines.

SEPTEMBER 21, 2022

It was Wednesday and I woke up by 6 am and ready all my things. I prepare this day a
piece of feature news talking about a Teacher who dresses like a Disney character to welcome
her students. By 10 am I started to conceptualize how I am going to write my script and by 1
pm I finished my script to be submitted to ma’am Sophia for checking and for sir Charles for
the final checking. By 3 pm they submitted to me the edited version of the script. I did my
voice-over for that news and by quarter to 4, I am finished with my news. Later that moment
we set up again the studio for the Luzon Headlines.

SEPTEMBER 22, 2022

This day is Thursday, looking forward to another great day to gather some news. I am going to
do some news about the Baguio City Foundation marathon held last Sunday. In order for me to
begin writing my script before 10 am, I ask Lhorie for all of their photographs and materials
from that event. I finished doing my script before 1 pm to be submitted to ma’am Sophia. By
2:30 pm my script is now for final checking by Sir Charles. After that ma’am Sophia Voice
over my news. Later that moment we set up for the Luzon Headlines.

SEPTEMBER 23, 2022

 This day is the last day of my internship in Regional Noth Luzon. I woke up as early as
5 am because I will be performing for the introduction of Morning Balitaktakan. I did a singing
performance that day and afterward, they called me and ask me what I can say and told to what
I wanted to say. This moment brings my emotions full of sadness because I will miss this kind
of training ground from learning to do hands-on to their station. I’m so privileged and thankful
to experience this kind of internship. I don’t have any regrets to join them even for the last half
hour of my internship. I’m so thankful for the learnings that they imparted to me to enhance my
skills in technicalities and other stuff. After the show, we did some picture takings to treasure
the memories. After that how I go back to work on my script for my last news showcasing the
beauty of a family resort in barangay Dalupirip in Itogon Benguet. By 1 pm I already submitted
my script. Then, by 4:30 they submitted to me the edited version ready for voice-over, and
before 5 pm I finished my report. After that, I did my last setup for Luzon Headlines and I also
did the camera shot for the introduction of the news. Later that moment we did some pictures
also from the other interns from SLU and just cherish the moments and the last hours of my
duty in an internship. I would say that I don't have any regrets about my decision to go up here
in Baguio City and be trained here in Regional News GRoup not just only to stand and wait for
the time to pass by but to learn and enhance the skills I have. The adventure of going to a place
and covering news is one of the best things I experience here. I’m just very thankful to sir
Dhobie for allowing me to give chance to experience this kind of internship.
