She is very task-oriented, driven,and enthusiastic. Her enthusiasm shows through a lot when
she is talking about opening more business and expanding the brand.

It is appropriate for her role as the leader to showcase such a leadership style as it would
set an example for the people who work with her, and with her entrepreneurial leadership
style, she can always find ways to expand her the franchise she owns.

The most valuable manager skill for Heidi Ganahl out of the five key skills
should be conceptual skills.

This is because Heidi is capable of seeing the “big picture”, and she is brave to
take some risky decisions. She also spends time planning for the future of her
francise by making strategic decisions and innovating new products to satisfy
the changing needs of dog owners and their dogs.
