The diagram demonstrates the process in which bricks are produced.
Overall, there are seven stages in the process, commencing with digging clay and culminating
with bricks being deliveried to the distributors.
To begin with, the clay is excavated from the ground by a large digger to make the bricks. This
clay is then filtered on a grid made of metal before being placed on a roller for the next stage.
Next, the filtering clay is mixed with sand and water, this mixture is then turned into rectangle
mould or wire cutter to form the shape of bricks.
Following this, the combination which are formed are laid into an oven for drying for 1-2 days.
The next step is heating the bricks in a kiln at a moderate temparature of 200C-980C, which is
followed by a cooling process in a chamber for 48-72 hours to complete the bricks. Prior to the
transportation to distributors or constructions, these bricks are packaged carefully in the
factory.
