NARRATIVE REPORT
March 3, 2022, at 9:00 AM, Mr. Virgilio Tamayo Jr., MaEd, Teacher III, talk about
entitled, “WRITING COMPREHENSIVE RESUMES, GRAMMAR ENHANCEMENT,
and JOB INTERVIEWS”.
Resume preparation. A resume may contain all of the needed information, it is
important to keep it as short as possible while still offering complete and clean
information. I learned how to write a well-informed and how to use it to properly
introduce myself, my qualifications, and my objectives after listening to his clear
explanation.
Face-to-face and phone job interviews, "Fail to organize, and you'll fail to
organize," he says, which appeals to me.
As a student who struggles to review due to the lack of knowledge produced by
COVID-19 has taught me how difficult it is to stay organized. But that doesn't mean I
won't prepare; I'll prepare regardless of how difficult it is, and I'll prepare with a mindset
that will focus on the present and provide a foundation for the future.
Grammar improvements. When communicating with people, good language and
word choice are vital. To totally communicate, proper writing and wording thoughts it is
often critical to check grammar to talk properly and to clarify one’s perspective views to
the listener or reader. To realize my future goals.

NARRATIVE REPORT
March 10, 2022, at 9:00 AM, Ma’am Chinita Viray-Valejo, CPA, talk about entitled
“BUILDING SELF CONFIDENT AND SELF ESTEEM”.
As a person, I can say that building self-confidence and self-esteem is a tough grind
to introduce yourself proper. I've been in a circumstance where I find it challenging to
stand up in front of others and introduce myself with confidence. Also, I've found it quite
challenging to make eye contact with the person I'm communicating with. I have such
low self-confidence. As a person and a student, I am concerned about my self-esteem
and confidence, as well as what might happen in the future to prepare me for the real
world.
I may become a seeker of self-confidence and self-esteem due to my current and
future assessments of my life. I need to be confident in any situation and accomplish
whatever I am required to do. I can always work on myself again, and I can always start
over from the beginning.

NARRATIVE REPORT
March 17, 2022, at 9:00 AM, Mrs. Kezzia Joy D. Saguiped, talk about entitled
“ETHICAL BEHAVIOR”.
As I listened to the speaker I realize that many temptations are there to change
our path especially if we are excellent in our profession. We must always stick to our
beliefs and we must never, ever compromise our integrity said the speaker. I, who will
soon graduate and am a future engineer will face many problems and will make a
decision involving the others' safety. I shall decide based on what I see and what I
heard, I shall decide based on what I want and what others won't, I shall decide based
on my beliefs and understanding and will never, ever decide based on money.

NARRATIVE REPORT
March 24, 2022, at 9:00 AM, Sir Napol G. Cayaban, an MSMH and MBM, talk about
entitled “TIME AND MANAGEMEN: SETTING PRIORITIES”
Sir Napol began by emphasizing the most crucial aspects of our existence. It
encompasses our physical and mental health, our sense of humor and kindness, our
independence, and, of course, time, the topic of this webinar. As a result, he argues,
knowing how to manage our time effectively can lead to improved productivity and
reduced stress because we are not rushing things as a result of proper time
management and, sometimes, procrastination, as well as more chances to meet our
career and personal goals. Finally, he advised us to manage our time and prioritize, as
well as keep a list of motivating factors from above for when we need to remind
ourselves of why we do such things.
Now my time will be managed carefully and appropriately, avoiding procrastination
to reduce mental and physical stress.

NARRATIVE REPORT
March 31, 2022, at 9:00 AM, Mr. Jeric D. Carreon, RPM, talk about entitled “STRESS
AND CONFLICT MANAGEMENT”
According to Sir Jeric, stress and conflict can be overcome. He also states that we
should be able to manage or realistically cope with stress. In his lecture, he discussed
the effects of conflict and stress in the workplace, which I am sure will be helpful both
during my OJT and as a future employee.
Conflict can cause people to lose focus, reduce their effectiveness as they attempt
to accomplish work that needs to be done, lose motivation, and cause
misunderstandings for the parties involved. Conflict can also have positive effects like
energizing people and teaching them a lesson. Toward the end of the discussion, Sir
Jeric shared some strategies for coping with stress, including facing difficulties
positively, rewarding yourself even for modest achievements, and taking time for
yourself.

NARRATIVE REPORT
April 07, 2022, at 9:00 AM, Mr. Fredencio R. Dasalla Jr., talk about entitled “BASIC
EMPLOYEE RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES”
He discusses and illustrates each of the basic rights of the employee, and cites the
supporting laws for each right. As the speaker concluded the webinar by quoting "Works
give you meaning and purpose of life without it is empty" the next topic is about the
obligations and responsibilities of the employee and management prerogatives.
As graduate students, we are on the verge of embarking on the next phase of our
lives: the workplace. We must understand our rights and obligations if we want a decent
working environment. Employer-employee relationships are based on the rights of
employees in every situation.
