I, JOEMAR A. BAGCAL, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of


Sta. Teresa, Jordan, Guimaras, do hereby name and appoint my spouse, NONA B.
BAGCAL, of legal age, Filipino, married, a resident of the same address, to be my
true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead to do the
following act(s), to wit:

1. To represent, transact, and process the renewal of my Professional


Regulation Commission (PRC) ID and claim the new one thereof, and
change of my marital status with the PRC;

2. To represent and process my Statement of Account with the Bank of the


Philippine Islands (BPI);

3. To sign and execute the necessary documents and make and receive
payments as may be necessary to carry out or perform the aforementioned
authority; and

4. To do such any other act or thing that may be required necessary or


incidental to carry out effectively any and all of the purposes for which this
authority is hereby given.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full


powers and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to
carry into effect the foregoing authority as fully for all intents and purposes as I
might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and
