OPPORTUNITIES

 Opening a physical store where customers can walk in and shop for items is an

opportunity for Verrosa Retail Inc. to sell faster those inventory items that are difficult

for them to sell online. One example is their inventories of clothing, shoes, and

accessories because most customers would prefer to see and try the product before

buying it.

 The company can expand the categories they are selling because having more variations

of inventory to sell could attract more customers.

 There is also the opportunity to find more suppliers that could offer better deals and good

quality products. Finding more reliable suppliers could help Verrosa Retail Inc. become

steady in its inventories.

 The company would like to open a new warehouse office in West Canada to cater their

services more efficiently to their customers in terms of shipping the products. One of the

top three customers of Verrosa Retail Inc. came from British Columbia, and they would

like to improve the shipping from 4-5 days to 1-2days by having their warehouse in the

West.

 There is also the opportunity to expand the business in the USA. Even though there is no

marketing campaign for USA customers, Verrosa Retail Inc. are getting sales from the

customers living from the USA.

THREATS

 There is always a threat of local competition in most businesses. Like Verrosa Retail Inc.,

which is a liquidation company, there are lots of other liquidation company that is

situated in the commercial area of London that offers almost the same product that they

offer.

 Due to the pandemic, there is now a possibility of an economic recession that makes the

people worry and would not want to buy inessential things.

 Fake review is also a threat because they could hurt the company's ratings. Customers

nowadays will check the review of the product and the company where they are buying.

They would like to check the reliability of the company and would like to know based
from past customers if they had a good experience or not to help them in their decision of

buying.

 Employee leaving is a threat as the company only have three employees. Hiring new

employees will require new training and will result in additional costs especially if it is

difficult to find the perfect fit employee.
