Our first speaker in the afternoon session is an educator who has over 12 years of
teaching experience. He is a graduate of the Mindoro State College of Agriculture and
Technology, Main Campus, where he took up Bachelor of Secondary Education major in
English, cum laude. It is in the same College where he finished his Master of Arts in
Education major in English Language Teaching.
He started his career at Oriental Mindoro Academy where he rose from a classroom
teacher to academic coordinator and to assistant principal from 2010-2014. After his
four years at the private institution, he transferred to Domingo Yu Chu National Hugh
School where he served for seven years and 6 months.
He is a school paper adviser, a winning coach, a Division and Regional speaker, a
journalistic writer, a promising leader, and a committed and highly motivated educator.
He has been engaged to division, regional and national activities where he continuously
developed his personal and professional competencies. He believes that if an
opportunity comes, grab it as all these will bring out the best in you.
He is currently pursuing his doctor of philosophy major in Teaching English at the Divine
Word College of Calapan. He is currently teaching at the senior high school department
of Leuteboro National High School where he teaches oral communication and research
and other language-related subjects.
As a teacher, he believes that time management is life management. Friends, fellow
