Rules and Regulations
We request you to follow the “Passenger Guidelines” listed by the Ministry of Civil Aviation for a safe flying experience.
No physical check-in at airport counters would be done, only those passengers with confirmed web check-in shall be allowed to enter the airport.
Passengers should report at least two hours before the departure time. Boarding gates will close 20 minutes before departure.
All travelers above 14 years of age must have the Aarogya Setu app activated on their mobiles before arriving at the airport.
Only 1 check-in baggage up to 20 kgs and 1 cabin baggage will be allowed per passenger.
Passengers will be required to wear the protective gear (Face mask)
Passengers who have flights departing in the next 4 hours will be allowed to enter the terminal building
The airlines shall not provide meal services, newspapers or magazines on board
Passenger to ensure that he/she has made a web check-in and obtained a boarding pass. He/she should also download the baggage tag/ baggage identification Number
Vulnerable persons, such as very elderly, pregnant ladies, passenger with health issues are advised to avoid air travel
The passenger shall print the baggage tag and affix it on the bag at a prominent place. In case he/she is not able to print the baggage tag the PNR number and the name of the passenger (as
mentioned in the ticket) should be boldly written on a piece of thick paper and affixed to the bag or tag it with the help of a strong string
Transit passengers not to be allowed to come out of transit area.
All Passengers must carry a Valid Photo Identity Proof at the time of entering into airport.
International -Check in at least 4 hours prior to scheduled flight departure.
International - Failure to check in at least 75 min prior to the scheduled departure time will result in the fare and surcharges being retained
