1. What are the different purposes of communication? Explain it using your own ideas.
 Communication is all about getting your message to reach the receiver. There are different
 purposes for communication, and each purpose has its own set of rules. To share information:
 The most basic purpose of communication is to get information from one person to another.
 To build relationships: Communication can also be used to build relationships between
 people who already know each other or who want to get to know each other better.
 To persuade people: If you want people to do something, then you'll probably need some kind of
 persuasive power over them. To inform people: Sometimes facts are just as important as feelings;
sometimes it helps us make sense of what's going on around us if we have more information
  about things .
2. What makes communication purposeful?
   Purposeful communication has very clear goals; the message being relayed has a task to
 complete. These goals include communicating the strategic goals and plans, as well as the day-
to-day tasks necessary to achieve them. Getting everyone on the same page is the goal of
communication.
