Project Title / Subtitle
“4 Bedroom Split-Type Bungalow”
B. Design Brief
A newly wedded couple wants to build their “Dream House” in preparation for the family
that they will be starting. Mr. Santos challenged you that since he grew on a rural area
of Bulacan, he wants to feel the peacefulness on the development by considering tropical
elements on your design. In addition, Mrs. Santos wants to have a pool area where they
can hang-out together with their families and future kids for special events. The project
site is located at Sta. Rita, Pampanga that is abutting a 10-meter RROW.
This structure must feature a split-level house that is sometimes called a 1.5 story
house. A split-level home is a style of a house in which the floor levels are staggered
and separated by short stairs of 3-5 steps. For example: One set of stairs maybe running
upward to the bedroom level while the other one going downward to the basement area where
storage or laundry area is located.
