ACCELERATED CORPORATE EXPERTISE (ACE) PROGRAM

A Campus to Corporate Connect Initiative

ACE is a Campus to Corporate Connect Initiative with the objective to harvest best
in human capital, meeting business requirements. ACE is targeted for high potential
Management Post Graduates from selected Management Institutes with industry
exposure.

ACE, spread over 14 weeks is divided into 5 phases with time bound stay in each
phase. Every phase is a journey of Manufacturing Processes, Sales & Distribution
Model, Marketing and other Support processes i.e. Procurement; HR; IT; Finance
etc. structured in a manner with maximum learning and hands on experience.

ACE is supported with a blend of training interventions, assignments and


mentorship.

Post ACE Program: Incumbent will be deputed either to Senior Leadership/Top


Management Team in various businesses as “Manager/ Deputy Manager.”

Job Role DS ACE Program 2023

Roles in domain of Sales & Marketing, Sales Development, Operations


and Supply Chain, Human Resource, Marketing Analytics and Digital
Marketing, Corporate Strategy, E-Commerce and Product Management
etc based on Area of specialization, previous work-ex/ academic
background and domain of interest

Role Type Permanent

Skills and Incumbent is expected to have a strategic bent of mind, analytical and
Competencies logical thinking, and good domain knowledge amongst other
competencies.

CTC (Per Annum) Total CTC offering (a + b): 12.5 – 16 LPA

CTC Break-up:

a) Fixed Component: 9.5 – 13 LPA (Based on relevant work-ex and


interview performance)

b) Joining Incentive/Bonus: 3 Lacs


(would be paid out post 6 months i.e. upon successful completion
of probation period)

Additional Benefit (Not included in Above mentioned CTC):


 Retention Bonus: 2lacs (on successful completion of 3 years)
Terms and Conditions:  Joining Incentive/Bonus:
1) Candidate has to repay full amount of 3 lakhs, if he/she leaves
between 1 to 2 years.
2) Candidate has to repay 1 lac, if he/she leaves between 2-3 years.
3) Entitled to retain entire amount if completes 3 years.

 Retention Bonus (Post Successful completion of 3 Years):


2 lacs would be added to the then-existing CTC upon successful
completion of 3 years.
