Introduce yourself:-

Hello sir , i am anik saha. I am form kolkata. I am pursing btech in


computer science from institute of engineering and management
kolkata.I completed 10th and 12 th standard from Nava nalanda high
school . My current cgpa is 8.5. I have done my project on Iot based
home security systems. Apart from this i have keen interest in dbms.
My hobbies are playing piano and clicking photos..i have been a
coordinator of my college in cultural fest and marathon event which is
the most prestigious event of our college.

Why accenture?
I want to join accenture because it provides a unique and diverse work
environment where i can learn and work amongst the best people in
the world and it will help me to grow myself .Also I know accenture
has been rated by forbes as one of the 100 best companies in the
world to work for and also it is in the fortune 300 list of companies.

of 50 billion in 2021.Accenture's current clients include

three-quarters of the Fortune Global 500.Julie Sweet has
served as CEO of Accenture since 1 September 2019

So tell me about your strengths and weakness?

weakness:-My weakness is that sometimes I am overcritical of


myself. I am not satisfied until I have done my task perfectly. This
sometimes leads to burnout.

Strength-: My strengths are I'm honest in my opinions, and I'm a


self-motivated and self-analysing person.I am always keen to up-skills
by learning new things whenever I get a chance and I'm adaptable to
work in any environment.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years??

In next 5 years, I see myself to hold a responsible position, with more


knowledge, skills and experience. I would love to invest my next few years in
upskilling myself in accordance with company requirements and contributing
to the company's growth, with better version of me. Also, I would like to help
people in all manners.

Biggest achievement till now?

I have a few achievement which to me are special. But i


think the better of them was when i participated and
completed the mega marathon of 25 km in 2019 which
was arranged by our college. I was one of the very few
people to actually complete it..It took me almost 1 hour
50 minutes to complete it.

If you feel work pressure, how will you deal with it?

So i have worked a few times before under pressure. Like is was


Head coordinator of the iem uem marathon which is one of the
Most prestigious events of our college . more than 700 people
Participated in this marathon form a small child to professional
Team of Runners. During this time i had to work stay and work
overnight In college to make sure that event worked out
seamlessly And it did. Making it to headlines of telegraph sunday
front page.
