What is a visions
 It is a mental picture in our brain that you want to happen or archieve
 When you seet avisions, you are able to make stronger commitment tpo
plan, prepare and take actions towards reaching your career goals
WHY DO YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE THESE THINGS
 Your vision must be aligned with who you are and what you believe in so
that will be motivated to achieve it

4) What skills do you have that you think make you suitable for this role?
