they are what give us the measurement on how much
direction and faith we should have in ourselves”. Since
values play a big part in the influence of food and can
affect the choices you make in the foods you select to
bake and cook, this recipe book aims to give you a full
course recipe on a meal that can enhance and improve
upon your values and the virtues which you already
have, for they control the decisions you make and set
the course of your life, like our decisions about our
relationships, profession, and other activities. We also
write about how we should pick carefully the values we
choose to hold and the virtues and beliefs we choose to
uphold since these choices end up defining us whether
for the better or worse. This was made because these
recipes form the basis of how we see ourselves as
individuals, how we see others, and how we interpret
the world in general which is why we need to be aware
of our own values since they can help us to understand
why we do things and whether our own actions are
consistent with our personal values. This recipe book
can also make you have the perfect mix of the values we
may need since this can also help us to appreciate the
values that we hold and how they influence everything
in our surroundings.

meal that can help us improve upon our

lastly developing a conscience. And

shaped us. But Why are morals essential
to living? Well, like a map, values give
our lives meaning and direction.

values may point the way forward and
guide our decision-making. Values are
crucial for maintaining our mental
health since they are closely related to
