4th year, B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), University School of Law and Legal Studies
(USLLS), Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has completed
her internship of 29 days from 1st July, 2022 to 29th July, 2022 under my
guidance.

A brief description of the diverse legal matters she has been exposed to and
worked upon during the course of her internship are as follows:

 Attended court proceedings before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India,


the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi and Saket District Court.
 Assisted legal research on civil, commercial and criminal cases.
 Conducted research on various aspects of Arbitration and conciliation
Act, 1996, Specific Relief Act, 1963, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code,
2016, Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, Consumer
Protection Act, 2019, Hindu Succession Act, 2005, Hindu Marriage Act,
1955.

I found her to be a self-started who is motivated, duty bound and hard working.
He worked sincerely on his assignments and her performance was Par
Excellence.
