Dear Sir/Madam,

With this letter, l would try my best to convince you that I have no intention to stay in Italy beyond
the date of my visa expiry and show you the ties and bond connecting me to Saudi Arabia since my
last application on 23 August 2022 with Code ITRY/230822/0048/01 was rejected due to the officer
doubt on my intention to leave the territory of the member state before the expiry of the visa.

I have spent all of my childhood in Saudi Arabia and all my school and University friends are living in
Saudi Arabia. I graduated from Hail University and work in Hail. My family and I are well established
in Saudi Arabia and my father is been in Saudi Arabia for more than 35 years, he is still working and
living in Hail, Saudi Arabia with me.

I am an employee in AL-RAKHEES Contracting Company with a fixed monthly Salary of 4,000 SAR
excluding annual allowance with a contract ending date of 28, July 2023 with a probability of
extending it for another 2 years. As per my contract, the Company covers my medical insurance,
Accommodation, and transportation.

I am living here with my Wife and family. All my family members are in Saudi Arabia and I have no
family member resident or citizens of the Schengen area. My wife Lima Omari and Sister Ziba Khan
are under my sponsorship and if I didn’t return to Saudi Arabia within one month they will be
deported from Saudi Arabia. I would also like to mention that my wife is pregnant and we will be
blessed with a baby within 3 months. Therefore, I would be there for my wife.

The documents I will be attaching to prove my ties to Saudi Arabia are as follows:
 Marriage Certificate stumped by the foreign ministry of Saudi Arabia and Afghanistan
 My wife Lima Omari’s visa and Identity printout from ABSHER.
 My sister Ziba Khan visa and Identity printout from ABSHER.
 My Family members Resident permit (IQAMA) Copy.
 Property Contract (TAPU SENEDI) of my father Apartment in Essenyurt, Istanbul, Republic of Turkey.
 MY Work Contract Translated and stumped by Company’s Human Resources Management
Department and GOSI Certificate showing my monthly income.
 Recommendation Letter Project manager of my Company.
 Vehicle Registration of my Car
Kindly grant me the necessary entry visa to your Country. Your kind assistance will be very highly
appreciated. In case of any doubt and clarification don’t hesitate to contact me or call me for an
interview.
