1. Main Products of the Company
Beside of soap and detergents, SHEMU plc is producing many side to side products .This makes
the company more profitable. Here are the main products of SHEMU plc.
I. Bar Soap: -can be subdivided into three based on their services
A. Toilet Soap: -This soap is intentionally produced for body washes; therefore it contains
pure materials rather than raw materials. Toilet soap has more fatty material (fatty acids and soap)
than laundry soap. For this reason soap intended for toilet soap manufacture usually has extra
fatty acids added with the preservatives. Galaxy, Avenas and Hotel Soap (30gm) are examples of
toilet soaps.
B. Laundry Soap: - A soap which is used to for washing of clothes, it makes the cloth
hygienic and give pleasant perfume for our clothes. For example SHEMU White is an example
of laundry soap.
C. Multi-Purpose Soap: -These types of soap are used for multipurpose like washing of
clothes and for bathing purpose. For example, Polar (200g) and Shemu Pink are an example of
this type of soap.
2. Liquid Detergent:- In this company there are two different liquid soap production, such
a laundry liquid detergent such as pouch ( so ) and normal ( 1 lit , 2 lit , 5 lit )liquid soap and
Dish wash soap. Laundry liquid detergents are used for a purpose of washing clothes and are
perfumed. But dish wash detergents are specifically produced for a purpose of washing of our
dishes and different materials.
3. Soap Noodles: -These are the main raw materials for bar soap production. Shemu plc
now produces three types of soap noodles. These are white color soap noodles, off white
(medium color) soap noodles, brown color soap noodles.
4. Edible Oil: -Edible oil is produced in different sizes. From 1L-5L are produced in the
company. This oil is consumed by customers for food making. And also supplied for
saponification process to produce soap.

1. How To Produce a Product
A. Bar soap production process and control mechanism
for produce a different type of bar soap produce use a machinery. Seen each individual how to
work and control system also described each steps in below :-
1. Mixer machine :- used for different type of a raw material and additive for special
purpose and drops to a mixer then mixer together on mixer. A mixing mechanism is inner
part of mixer rotate screw shaft for mixing purpose. A screw shaft directly connect to a
motor by gear box. A three phase electrical motor of rotating shaft control by forwarded
and reverse electric circuit. used for a raw material mixing uniformly.
2. Miller machine :- used for a mixing soap pass through a miller machine a powder part
extract and additionally mix a raw material. In this machine start by 75 kw three phase
electric motor used. Control by highly safe electric connection material use for purpose of
motor safety but connection also forwarded and reverse connection.
3. Plodder machinery: - plodder machine used for collect a soap raw material and by
interesting shape of material extrude material. This system transport a material inner part
of a machine screw machine element here. To drive this screw three phase 55 kw motor
used and controlled by speed of machine used invertors.

4. Cutting machine: - different type soap produce length of soap also different. This
length differs by cutting machine insert standard length of soap by screen. To drive
cutting machine is DC motor used and directly connected to cutting material of shaft and
also regulated by positive type sensor used.
5. Wrapping machine: - in this machine used for packing bar soap by plastic material.
In this machine to drive by like cutting machine use to DC motor connect to rotating shaft
and transfer different rotating component of a machine by flat belt. This machine other
exist parameter packing plastic material cut different shape used to heater.
Finally, Techoretical knowledge developed by practical skill in industry of SHEMU private
company.
