Ref:- 1) This Office Lr.Roc.No.6424/2019/P, dt. 13.11.2019. -BRRRER- The attention of Commissioners of all the Urban Local Bodies in the State is invited to the provisions of Rule 3; Sub Rule 33(J) of AP Building Rules issued in G.O.Ms.No.119 MA., dt. 28.03.2017 where in “the functional/line agencies dealing with electric power, water supply, drainage and sewerage shall not give regular connections to the buildings unless occupancy certificate is produced, or alternatively may charge 3 times the tariff till such time occupancy certificate is produced, This condition shall also be applicable to = unauthorised constructions and buildings constructed without ‘sanctioned building plan.
