POLYURETHANE TOP COAT PUT-603 is a multipurpose polyurethane enamel. It provides good
resistance to splash of mild chemicals, water, impact, and abrasion, with its excellent gloss resistance,
non yellowing, non chalking and easy to clean. This product is used as a top coat at exterior or interior on
a wide variety of substrate such as steel/iron, concrete, GRC panel, and asbestos cements. This product
can be re-coated after a long atmospheric exposure.

SURFACE PREPARATION
1. All surfaces should be clean, dry and free from contamination.
2. It is recommended to apply the appropriate primer before applying this coating.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE
Prepare one mixture (A+B+Thinner) as much as needed for application.
Firstly stir well Comp. A PUT - 603 until homogenous, add Comp. B Hardener PUT - 603 and mix thoroughly.
Mix ratio Comp. A : Comp. B = 4 : 1 (by weight). Than add Thinner Polyurethane MD and mix until
homogenous again. Apply mixed material using brush or roller. To achieve a smooth surface use a good quality
brush or roller. An air spray application is also possible. Do not apply the mixed material after pot life time is
over. The mixture could be gelled in 4 hours.
Provide adequate ventilation during application and drying.

Preceding coat : EPOXY PRIMER EDP-551
Subsequent coat : -
SAFETY PRECAUTION
This product does not contain any material with heavy metals such as lead. Avoid contact with
the skin and eyes. Wear suitable protective coating such as overalls, goggles, dust mask, and
gloves. Use barrier cream. This product is flammable. Do not smoke. Do not breathe vapor or
spray. Use only explosion proof equipment. Provide adequate ventilation during application.
FIRST AID:
General : In all cases of doubt, or when symptoms persists, seek medical attention. Never
give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
Eyes : In the case of accidental splashes, flush eyes with clear running water for 5 minutes
while holding eyelids open. If irritation persist, seek medical attention.
Skin : Wash off thoroughly with plenty of water and soap. Do not use solvent or thinner.
Removed contaminated clothing. If irritation persist, seek medical attention.
Inhalation : Remove affected person to fresh air area, loosen collar, provide oxygen if breathing is
difficult. If affected person is not breathing, administer CPR and seek emergency
medical attention.
