I. Preface
1.1 About the product
The training panel adopts the real components of Toyota Yaris gasoline
engine’s electronic control system to illustrate the control system's structure
and working process. The device applies to engine electronic control system
and maintenance training courses of secondary and senior vocational
schools, ordinary education and training institutions.

B. Technical parameter:
1) Size: 1600mm x 700mm x 1700mm (length x width x height)
2) External power supply: A.C. 110V±10% 60Hz
3) Operating voltage: 12V DC.
4) Operating temperature: -40℃~+50℃
5) Fuel pressure meter
1.3 Main function
1. Real and operable engine electronic control system to imitate rotation of an
engine crankshaft and illustrate the electronic control system's structure and
working process, including spark plug ignition, oil pump operation and fuel
injections.
2. The training panel has color circuit and working principle diagrams, covered
by a 4mm-thick aluminum-plastic plate. Students can compare the diagram
and actual items to learn and analyze the working principle of the engine's
electronic control system.
3. Detection terminals are installed on the training panel. On the panel,
operators can detect resistance, voltage, current, and signals of
components of the electronic control system.
4. The training panel is installed with diagnosis socket connecting dedicated
or universal automobile decoder. The diagnosis socket reads fault codes
and clears fault codes from the engine electronically-controlled system.
5. Lockable casters are installed for fixing and moving the panel.
6. The training panel connects to a 110V AC voltage which changes to a 12V
DC voltage. The 12V DC voltage protects the instruction board against
short circuit.
7. Equipped with new wireless fault setting and appraisal system.
8. The panel has the fuel cut off for 1.2 seconds when press the acceleration
pedal to the maximum.
1.4 Precautions for use of products
1) When the equipment is running, do not disconnect the power
switch.
2

2) 110V AC power supply is required for training panel. The power
connection should be operated by a professional electrician in high
voltage.
3) Do not touch any moving parts or components when doing
experiments to avoid injury.
4) After using the equipment, disconnect the power supply and keep it
from water and dust.
