General Objectives
This course of study is to appraise the relevance of basic theories and concepts of business organizations, and to develop understanding of strategic management tools
and techniques, with emphasis on the analysis of environmental forces for decision-making purposes.
Learning Outcomes
After studying this course, graduate student will be able to:
1. Demonstrate a general understanding of the influence of environmental forces to management of business organizations;
2. Interpret and assess the effects of external conditions to the formulation of business strategies;
3. Design and implement business strategies responsive to the needs of both local and global economy; and
4. Apply management theories, principles, and concepts in the administration of business organizations.
