I, SANJAY YADAV, S/O. SH. NANAK YADAV, R/O. HOUSE


NO. 83, VIKAS NAGAR, BASAI ROAD, GURUGRAM,
HARYANA-122001, do hereby state and declare on solemn
affirmation as under: -

1. That I am the Pairokar of petitioner and hence I am well


conversant with the facts and circumstances of the case and as
such authorized and competent to swear this affidavit in the
above mentioned Special Leave Petition.

2. That I state that the instant Rejoinder has been drafted by my


counsel under my instructions and the contents thereof have
been read over and explained to me in my vernacular language
and I state that the contents thereof are true and correct to the
best of my knowledge and belief and rest are submissions made
on the basis of legal advice rendered to me by the conducting
counsel, which I believe to be correct.
3. That I have gone through the contents of the accompanying
applications and I state that the contents thereof are true and
correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.

4. I also state that the Annexures annexed to the Rejoinder are true
copies of their respective originals.
