Venkateshwara University, Dr. Sudhir Giri who is not only down to earth individual but also a very
compassionate & noble person. Under his guidance, | would like to utilize my experience, knowledge and

In Professional and Technical Education
Gojravla is an Industrial Hub of Uttar Pradesh situated in district Amroha. The presence of many
multinational companies like Jubilant Life Sciences, RACL Geartech, Israeli Phorma Tevo API, TT Lid., etc. and
important higher educational institutions like Shri Venkateshwara University and other educational institutions
make this city an ideal place for higher education training as per the need of industry and placement.
The connectivity of Gajraula is excellent as it is situated on Delhi-Lucknow National Highway 24 (New
NH-9) and is adjacent to National Capital Territory It is around 120 km away from New Delhi Railway Station,
also well connected with rail route as it lies on main Delhi-Bareilly track and the nearest airport is in Delhi.
‘Amroha District (Erstwhile Jyotiba Phule Nagor) is o historical place in UP and is named ofter the rich
‘abundance of Aam (Mango) gardens and Rohu (A kind of fish) in the river Ganga, flowing through the district
of Amroho. Gojraula has all the modern amenities available including prestigious food chains and factory
outlets of leading aforesaid multinational companies.
Prior to the functioning of Shri Venkateshwara University, Government Degree College was the only
option available to pursue degree course from the Gajraula. However for postgraduate and doctoral study,
maiority of students had no option. In district there were no public university and the onus of providing
technical and professional education has been taken on by private players. Considering these facts Shri Bankey
Bihari Educational & Welfare Trust, the promoter of Shri Venkateshwara University chose Gajraula, to establish
their first University venture in Gajraula.ABOUT SHRI VENKATESHWARA UNIVERSITY (SVU)
A State Private University enacted by Act No-26 of 2010 of State Legislature of Govt. of Uttar Pradesh
and noticed u/s 2(f), UGC Act 1956 of University Grants Commission, Govt. of India and empowered to award

University. All over the Schools and Campus flex and notices are displayed and showing the evils of ragging and

The word "Raging" means the action of teasing, playing a practical joke upon someone of holding comic parades
and other similar activities.
All students are being asked to submit affidavits pledging that they will not participate or even witness any act
which may fall under the definition of raging. Faculty and non-teaching staff of the University have to give
undertaking to this effect. Security guards are instructed and trained to keep a close watch on movement of
students. Anti-ragging squads of University keep a close watch on activities of students and surprise raids are

Candidate may walk-in for enquiry of the courses. The enquiry may also be done by parents or guardian
of the candidate.
University’s counselors shall provide counseling to the students about programmes and other details.
Interested candidate or on behalf of candidate his/her guardian may purchase/fill the form either online
or by self in university campus.
Online form can be purchased or filled in on university website-by paying Rs.1000 only in university
payment gateway or by paying Rs.1000 in cash. The receipts may be generated accordingly.
 
All the relevant documents shall be submitted by
the students with
required fee before getting
‘admission letter. In cose of incomplete file or lack of
document(s), student would give undertaking on a
stamp paper about when he or she would submit
the same. Failing to do this
admission/registration may be liable to cancel.

Samaj Kalyan Scholarship
1. Eligible Student (as per norms) may apply for the scholarship,
2. Student may fll scholarship form by their ownself and provide the relevant
documents to the department of scholarship.
3. If Scholarship is not granted by the government, student will have to deposit
the applicable fee.
With Information / Without-Information / Re-Admission / Re-Registration
Cancellation before starting of the classes
‘Students may apply for admission cancellation, with a proper
reason. An application (format of application shall be provided
by the university) shall be given to the registrar office in this
regard.
Fee shall be refunded as per refund policy mentioned above. All
the documents submitted shall be retumed to the student. If
student does not get the deposited amount against the fee, he or
she wants to take the admission again, the fees al the time of,
original admission will be applicable to him/her.
Cancellation after starting of the classes
‘Student may drop the program in between the courses / program
where he or she was enrolled, with an intimation to Assistant
registrar admission and prior approval of Vice Chancellor.
In such a case his enrollment shall be valid for the next three years;
and student may rejoin /admitted as an ex-student,
Admission Cancellation Without-information
If students are not attending the classes right from beginning
of academic session without giving any information to the
concem department or written application up till the 1st
semester examination, their admissions shall be
treated as cancelled.

Re-Admissions:
In case of readmission student shall be bound to pay current fee
of the courses. Registration fee if already paid shall be cary
forwarded forthe next semesteStudent shall be exempted from
the entrance process.
‘Application for such cases shall be submitted to the admission
department during the time of leveling the courses.
Re-Registration:
‘At the end of every semester examination and commensuration
of the new semester (date so notified) students re-register
in next semester. Deans of concern school shall provide class
entry ticket for such students who will show following document
