IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LAFAYETTE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI STATE OF MISSISSIPPI vs. CIVIL CAUSE: LK22-316 MISC SHELDON TIMOTHY HERRINGTON, JR. DEFENDANT AGREED ORDER SETTING BAIL THIS DAY THIS CAUSE came on for consideration on Motion ore fenus of the Defendant, through counsel, to set bail in the above styled and referenced cause, and the Attorney for the State having no objection, as evidenced by her signature affixed below, and the Court having considered same, does find as follows: (1) That a combination of conditions can be placed on the Defendant that will satisfactorily relieve any fears related to assuring the Defendant's presence at Trial, or any necessary pre-trial proceedings, and any concerns related to assertions that he may be a flight risk; (2) These conditions inctude bail being set in the amount of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00), GPS monitoring at the Defendant’s expense, and the Defendant’s voluntary surrender of his passport.
