BAR UTILITY Description: Bar Uvity assist bartenders throughout thelr shit. Paricpating nal safety waling sessions and ants * Maltains he cleanness of he bar work areas and flows proper washing and santaton of glasses, work areas, utensils, panties, floors, equlpment, ee. Washes ‘workiables, wal, reegerators, equipment and al related surfaces and counter. Sweeps and mops flor. * Sogregates and removes rash and garbage and paces iin designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans * propor racks or on conveyor to cshwasting machine. Operates washing mactine according to Insrucons. Inspects glasses for cracks, cips and removes them from creation. Retums clean gasses to ter approprale places according to handing procedures, * Eneures an adequate supply of glassware Ison hand a al times. Retrieves glassware from cena location and restacks as needed. * Keeps ico bins stocked a all mes. Retreves ice trom ceivallacatlon and restocks as needed. * Collects and transports a variety af supplies between storage and work areas. Places items inthe approprat locaton in the bar * Ensures cry snack bowls are fled at all ies, + Participates with th bar satin al activo ire in epening andr closing the bar ~ on bearing day, loads shipments rom vendors onboard he vessel fo storage area and hen fo assigns bor + tends meetings trinng aces, courses and al oor work elated actos as required * Able o accurately complete transfor documentation + Utiizes proper USPH procedures at al ines. * Periorms related duties a8 required. Shipboard employees willbe requied to perfrm any other obelated dutes assigned by ther supervisor or management Requirements: * Gompletion of basic education equivalency required * Previous utiity or cleaning experiance in a 4 or 5 star restaurant, hotel, lounge, cruise ship et. preferred * Ability to work independently and assess bar needs for restocking. Aity to identity bar glassware and bar supplles. Basic knowledge of bar equipment (blenders, rlash biencers, lee machines). * Ability to collect end transport supplies from various locations throughout the vessel. ~ Abily o speak English cleaty, distinctly and corcialy wih guests. * All international applicants must have the abilty to obtain C1/D viea (and other relevant visas) when applicable. * Must meet all physical requirements, including the ability to participate in emergency life-saving drills and required training. Minimum 20 years of age ~ Abilty to work in a tear, withing multinational environment = Good command ofthe English language ~ Abilly 0 obtain C1/D or other applicable visas + abilly to maintain a high jeVel of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with challengesissues - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
