Why is This a Key Skill?
The fastest way to build attraction is by being witty and
saying clever things.
It’s a skill you can learn. I used to freeze and run out of things
every time. But I built a formula and learned how to talk.
Since then, my social life and relationships with women
changed. Interactions are easier and effortless. There is almost
always instant interest and attraction from their end.
Now I am sending the elevator down for you so you can join
me on the top too. It’s a good place to be and you’re gonna like
it.
In the real world, m
ost women won’t try to make the
interaction work because first they don’t know how to, and
second, if she’s attractive, she knows the next guy is just waiting
in the line so she’s not going to put any effort to make it work
with you.

In brief, attraction and trust building is a delicate process.
You should say certain things, at certain times, in a certain way
to build attraction, trust and comfort.
● If you say the w
rong thing at the wrong time it will tank.
● If you say the w
rong thing at the r ight time it will tank.
● If you say the r ight thing at the w
rong time it will tank.
● You should say the r ight thing at the r ight time.
One method of learning this is through structured
conversation model.
Every interaction has a s tart, m
iddle, and e
nd phase! Most of
the interaction is spent in the middle phase. The attraction is
built here, and it’s where most guys get stuck.
The trick is to know what to say at each part, when to
transition forward or backward from one part to the other.

This model is the only structure you need to succeed on
dates and never run out of things to say. I have used it on the
exhotic island in Thailand all the way to high end bars in

Manhattan. I came up with it when I noticed the same failing
patterns in my conversations.
There are points in the interaction that things get stuck and it
failed. Awkward silence.
So I started recording my conversations and going through
them over and over to see where I am going wrong.
I eventually built this model and it has been working
beautifully.

OK, now... think about your interaction like a road. You move
forward and hit the checkpoints. For each checkpoint there is
specific material to talk about.
As you go through the interaction, you move forward and
backward from these checkpoints. You may go to checkpoint 4
and then move back to 1.

Think about it, picture yourself in the interaction and add

2 things you should constantly do:
1. Identify where you are in the interaction (which checkpoint
you are at)
2. Use the content for that checkpoint
Checkpoint 1
First part of the interaction or the date. Comfort level is low.
Still strangers to strangers. Getting to know each other. There
are specific things to do and things to avoid. Sometimes it may
take over an hour here. You move forward when you see she’s
comfortable. It could take 5 min - 1 hour. Depends on you and
her.

Checkpoint 2
The second part of the interaction or the date. Comfort level
is higher. You are not strangers anymore.
Getting a bit more personal. There are things to do, and
things to avoid.
Here you notice she’s comfortable and open to get closer to
you. How do you know that? When she openly talks about
relationships and personal stuff.
Checkpoint 3
The third part of the interaction or the date. Comfort level is
very high. There is attraction from her side as well.
Checkpoint 4
The fourth part of the interaction or the date. You’re almost
home. She is fully comfortable.

Attraction is high and she is aroused too.

The 9 Commandments Of
Conversation
Here are the fundamentals of conversation with charisma:
1. Speak With Conviction
Speak with conviction… Without conviction nothing else
works. No doubt, shaky voice or hesitation. Watch the video
section for detailed examples.
2. Avoid Complaining
Never complain about your life or other people. Negative
statements will come back like a boomerang and hit you in the
face right between the eyes!

3. Avoid Being Random
Everything you say should have a purpose. You are either
working the attraction, trust or comfort. Remember the
checkpoint model. Use that to move the interaction forward.
4. Be a Renaissance Man
Understand what it means to be a renaissance man.
This is from Wikipedia:
The term Renaissance man or woman or polymath is used for
a very clever person who is good at many things.
The idea comes from a time of history called the Renaissance,
which lasted from about 1400 to about 1600. One of the most
famous people alive during this time was Leonardo da Vinci.
He was most famous as a painter, but they may also be a
scientist, engineer and mathematician.

Leonardo is called a Renaissance man. Another Renaissance
man was Michelangelo, who was a sculptor, painter, architect
and poet.
So, you can talk about a lot of interesting topics women like
fashion, food, music, travel (Exotic places Greece, Thailand,
Rome), romance, other dates, scuba diving... the list goes on.
5. Command Comfort
When you speak you must look, feel, act and be comfortable.
No matter what you say if you look tense, uncomfortable or
fidgets, it will cost you her attraction. This requires c onsistent
awareness. W

6. Vocal Tone
Deeper voice is more attractive. Beware of the tone of your
voice at all times. If you naturally have a higher pitch tone,
speak from your abdomen and deepen your voice a bit. Watch

7. Be Melodic
Avoid being monotone and boring. Watch Youtube interviews

8. Be Expressive
Use multiple facial expressions during the conversation.
Maintain a slight smile but still be dynamic, a bit dramatic and
emote.
9. Listen
Listen to her well! Most guys don’t listen. This is a big
problem most guys have. Especially if the girl is hot, they cut
her off because they’re excited to be on a date with her!
Let her speak. And when she’s told her piece, pause before
you respond.

There are several ways to never run out of things to say.
The easiest solution is to observe what’s around you. There’s
always something interesting to discuss. If you get in your head,
ignore your surroundings or lose focus, then the interaction
gets awkward.

Depending on where you I am in the interaction, the
interaction frame and the vibe, I could say one of the following
“What do you think about kids?”
“We should have three kids. Two boys and two girls.”
“That chair looks so comfortable! Do you want to try it?”
“I saw this amazing sofa in Ikea the other day… Let me show you
a photo I think we should buy it for our new place”

“What’s your favorite thing to eat…”.
“Can you cook? What food are you good at?”
If she says no, then tell her about your cooking skills or if your
ex was a cook or something like that.
“You know what I LOVE the most after a nice meal? That
Napoleon sweet they actually got it at the front you can see it
here let’s go have a look.”
The Venue Itself
You: “ You know there are quite a few cafes here in this town
but this is definitely one of my favorites. I also like Keshmesh
cafe. You been there before?”
Her: “No.”
You: “ It’s awesome it’s larger, good atmosphere, great for
date too maybe we go there next time.”

Techniques and Strategies
This book is not much about techniques and strategies. I
have added G
et the Girl book in the membership section for you
so you can read that for techniques in details.
However, here I’d like to teach you some key techniques and
strategies for running better conversations.
Lack of “tension” in conversation end in getting friend-zoned!
How many times have you been that guy in damage control
(who's just her friend)... or tried so hard and nothing at the end.
For me, many many times until I learned to work with tension.
Proper conversation techniques are subtle and not traceable
in the interaction. Each have a time and a place. Quality women
do it constantly and few guys survive the interactions (Women
and testing). One reason very few guys end up with the women
they way!

Learn when and how to do these! If you don't know how to do
it, do NOT Google it, there is so much wrong advice on this. I
have a full video on how to do it somewhere watch that.
These techniques help build attraction. Most guys have a
hard time learning and using these. They end up sounding like a
weird player guy. You should be smooth.
Let me show you.
Qualify
When You Qualify Her
When you give her a reason you like her.
● I like you because you don’t care what I think about you.
● I like that you don’t drink (Recently sobered).
● I love the fact that you had the willpower to quit smoking.
That’s really something (Recently sobered).
● I like that you are so organized (Entrepreneur chicks).

● You’re a hot mess (For starving artist chicks).
Points:
The qualifier should not be her looks! Example: I like you
because you’re hot… will sink like Titanic did.
You need a genuine reason you like her and the reason
cannot be her look or massive boobs.
Do it without showing too much interest. No big pleaser smile
when you say it. Be cool, chilled, lean back and say it as it’s not
a big deal.
When You Qualify Yourself
When you give her a reason she should like you.
Never do this! Never do this! Never do this! Never do this!
● I am a great/nice/generous guy
● I have money/a house/fancy cars/a hot ex-girlfriend
● Women like me a lot

● Choose me because I’m nice/rich/smart
Points:
Never ever do this!
If you are very advanced, you will have fun using this:
THIS IS ONLY WHEN YOU GET HOLD OF COMFORT AND THE
CONVERSATION IS SMOOTH. WHEN YOU CAN BUILD ATTRACTION.
I was just looking at my reflection in the mirror and... I
couldn’t help but wonder… how could something be so
beautiful… I am pretty sure this is what the definition of
perfection is.

Disqualify
A powerful and sensitive technique.
When You Disqualify Her
Giving her a reason she’s not the right match for you. Very
edgy! I don’t recommend this one for beginners either! If done
properly, it will have a tremendous effect and builds attraction
by making a challenge for her.
You do it once she’s already comfortable with you and the
conversation is flowing already.
I think we should be just friends. I need to know you more
before getting intimate with you.
You are a Taurus. I am a L
eo. We will have an exceptionally
average sex life. I’ll probably fall asleep in the middle. I need
passionate crazy woman who enjoys slowwwwww…. longggggg
passionate kisses.

Only say if you are close to her and she is comfortable with
you.
Points:
Must be done very playfully, at the right time with a nice
build up
If she doesn’t care for you just yet, it won’t work and she just
says…
“Ok whatever.”
Sexualize
How to make things sexual between you and her and be more
than just friends.
A lot of guys get the date but get stuck at friendzone. The
reason for that is lack of physical and more importantly verbal
escalation!

If you want her to feel attraction for you and get closer to
you, you have to say things that create sexual tension! It won’t
be comfortable but you’ll have to do… We all do and once you
get a hold of it, it will be so much fun.
When to Sexualize
When there is comfort and trust. She is in a conversation with
you already, she feels relaxed. Can’t be exact on the timing
since it’s different for everyone.
The Magic Formula
Humor and playfulness. You got to be playful when you say
these. If you are playful and polite you can pretty much say
anything.
Make sure you watch the videos that come with the program
to see how exactly to say these since there is a right and a
wrong way of doing it.

“You know, I was thinking you and I make pretty kids. Imagine
a girl with your hair and my eyes! Damn she would be cute….
AND… we are going to call her Victoria”
“You know. I think I could fall in love with you if you be nice
and sweet to me. Who knows time will tell.”
“I see us together you know… for future when we decide to
travel and see the world together and make lots and lots of
memories and selfies.”
“You see this glass of wine; I like drinking this with you and at
the same time I am developing deep emotions for you. Most are
good and some are questionable.”
“I was thinking if it’s even possible for us to fall in love and I
know what’s the answer I came up with? I don’t know! It’s a long
shot but it’s not impossible!”

Dangers
If you lack conviction, these phrases can raise objections.
Make sure you study frame control in my book Get the Girl.
If you see there is no compliance, smoothly transition back to
a neutral topic.
