Dear Sir / Madam,

Referring to the above, I am tendering my resignation letter as a Quality Inspector at First


Engineering Plastics (M) Sdn Bhd by giving a one-month notice from the above-mentioned
date. My last working day in this position would be on the 31st December 2022.

2. The reason I am giving this notice is because I got a new job offer in a new place. Hence, I
want to excel my skills and knowledge in a new environment and would be leaving this
company soon to continue my career. I would be glad and appreciate if the letter was accepted
without any objection so that I can further up my plan.

3. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work in this position at this company. I have
thoroughly enjoyed working here and appreciate all the opportunities that have been given to
me throughout my time here. I wish the company will be more successful in the future.
