JOB PROFILE:-
Coordinating and meeting with site team for material requirements (MRP / Indent), lead time,
production planning and finalize priority of material requirement
Acquiring the quotations from respective vendors as per the requirement
Making Comparative statement of received quotations and scrutinizing the same as per
requirement.
Negotiating with vendors to finalize on best price, quality, availability and delivery.
Get approval from senior management based on comparative statement and finalize the vendor.
Releasing purchase orders to finalized vendor with all terms and conditions.
Update the information of ordered material to finance team, planning team and Manufacturing
team for further actions.
Follow-up with vendors for ensuring timely supply the material as per order terms.
Conducting inspection of incoming materials with QA/QC department and get clearance.
Make Transportation arrangement from vendor’s factory to delivery / site location.
Coordinate with store dept. for the incoming material quantity & breakage as per Vendor invoice/
Purchase order.
Follow-up with finance team for Vendor payment as per P.O. terms and vendor outstanding.
