Olive Tapenade
Ingredients
● 200 g cashew – soaked overnight

● 200g good quality olives – no preservatives

● 1 bunch of parsley – roughly chopped

● ¼ teaspoon salt - iodine free

● Juice of 1 lemon

● 6 – 8 tablespoons olive oil

● 1 big garlic clove

● Gratitude & Love

Preparation
1. Bring gratitude into your heart. Sink deep into
that state and stay there.

2. In a blender or food processor (S shaped blade)


add the lemon juice, the oil and the cashews
(in this order- liquid should be at the bottom to
