This document contains the results of a glucose tolerance test performed on a 31-year-old pregnant female. The test measured glucose levels fasting and 1 and 2 hours after consuming 75 grams of glucose. The fasting glucose level was 82 mg/dL and the 1 hour post-dose level was 161 mg/dL, above the threshold for diagnosis. The 2 hour post-dose level was 93 mg/dL, below the threshold. The results indicate gestational diabetes based on the elevated 1 hour post-dose glucose level.
