Operation manual for Main A/C System:

This is the Main menu that appears when power

on.

When pressing main menu ,another POP up

screen will appear like this which contains

1. AHU and compressor control menu


2. Cooling Application menu

3. Heating application menu

4. Humidifier control

5. Alarm list
AHU & Compressor control menu :

1. In this menu we can control AHU fan .And

also we can moniter the status the fan .

2. Condenser start/stop and its status can

be done here

3. Compressor start/stop and status can be

done here.

Cooling Application Menu:

The sensor reads the outdoor/return/supply sir

which can be seen here.

We can know whether the liquid line solenoid valve

is in operation or not by LSV ON/OFF

The cooling set point parameter is: 24deg c

The cooling deviation is: 1 deg c


Heating application Menu:

The sensor reads the outdoor/return/supply sir which

can be seen here.

We can see whether the heater is ON/OFF

condition.

Here it contains another Pop-up screen called

heating parameter setting. This can be set as

follows.

Heating parameter Menu:

It shows return air temperature reading:

The heating parameters can be set as follows:

1.1 First stage heating : 20 deg C

1.2 Second stage heating: 18 deg C

1.3 Third stage heating: 16 deg c

1.4 Heating deviation : 1 deg c


Humidifier control menu:

In this menu we can control humidifier operation

and its status.

Alarm List Menu:

The List of alarms that can be seen is:

1. Condensing fan motor overload

2. Compressor motor overload

3. High discharge pressure

4. AHU fan motor overload

5. Heater overheat
