Sir,

In response to your inquiry, we are pleased to submit our quotation for the works described below;

1. Vessel Particulars

LOA. - 95.00 Meters

Breadth. - 17.00 Meters

Depth. - 4.20 Meters

2. Scantling

Bottom Plating. - 12 mm thk MSPlates

Side Plating. - 12 mm thk MSPlates

Deck Plating. - 15 mm thk MSPlates

Bulkhead Plating. - 9 mm thk MSPlates

3. Contractor’s Supply

3.1 The Contractor shall supply labor, equipment and consumables such as oxygen, LPG, welding rod, etc,
for the fabrication and construction of the vessel.

3.2. The Contractor shall supply Steel Materials such as MS plates, Angle Bar, and etc.
3.2. The Contractor shall supply Paints and labor of sandblasting & painting

3.3. The Contractor shall supply Electrical cable and fixtures including installation

3.4. The Contractor shall supply winches for Ramp & Anchor including installation.

3.5. The Contractor shall supply Carpentry materials and labor

3.6. The Contractor shall supply Stern Gear such as propeller shaft, propeller, stern tube, rudder stock ,
rudder blade and installation.

3.7. The Contractor shall supply Bilge, Ballast & fire Hydrant including materials and Installation.

3.8. The Contractor shall supply Plans , Marina Registration & Documentations.

3.9. The Contractor shall supply Port holes and WT doors & installation.

3.10. The Contractor shall supply labor for Launching of vessel.

4. Owner’s Supply

4.1 The Owner shall provide yard space for the Construction of vessel.

4.2 The Owner shall provide electricity for the Construction of vessel.

4.3 The Owner shall provide heavy equipment for lifting plates and frames and Launching of vessel.

4.4. The Owner shall supply Main Engine and Auxiliaries and Steering Mechanism.

4.5. The Owner shall supply SOLAS, Navigational and Communication Equipment.

5. Estimated Time of Completion

5.1. Shall be a total of Nine ( 12 ) Months

6 . Offer Price

Offer Price for the Construction of one ( 1) unit 3000 Tons LCT ( Exclusive of VAT ). Php 180,000,000.00

6. Terms of Payment

30 % - Down payment upon acceptance of offer.

20 %. - Upon Installation of Bottom, P/S Side and Bulkheads Plate,

20. % - Upon Installation Superstructure and Deck plates, Ramp and fittings.

20 %. - Upon Installation of Engine , Auxiliaries, Deck Machineries and Under water stern gear.

10 %. - Upon Launching of Vessel.


This offer is valid within Fifteen ( 15 ) days from the receipt of this quotation.
