Incident Escalation Chart - PMO

The document outlines an incident escalation chart with two alert levels for a property site. Alert Level 1 includes minor incidents that have a limited impact and do not hamper site operations, such as customer complaints, minor accidents, and equipment breakdowns. These incidents are escalated to parties such as the property manager, technical head, and PMO head. Alert Level 2 includes more serious incidents that can impact life and property or significantly affect site operations, such as fires, floods, blackouts, bomb threats, and crimes resulting in injury or death. These Level 2 incidents require escalation to additional authorities having jurisdiction, such as police, local government, and fire departments.
