conference and trade expo you are organising in December 5 to 20 this year. We can provide end to
end support starting from the registration website, registrations and badges automation with
QR/Barcodes, access control etc. to the conduct of the conference and expo.
All of these features will be integrated and managed from a single software control panel. Such an
automation will not only make the planning and execution of the event very easy smooth and trouble free,
but also will provide an awesome event experience to the traders/exhibitors and the visitors/delegates.

Dynamic Event Website
● Home, About Us, Registration, Contact us.
● Auto updating pages from Control Panel:
Program schedule, Speakers, Exhibitors, Sponsors,
Registration form:
● Individual and group registrations
● Discounts/promo code generation facility
● 1 payment gateway integration for overseas and domestic
● Invoices and Receipts generation and mailing to delegates through the software.
Dynamic Booth Booking (service can be enabled after 1 week only)
● Interactive booth plan on the website
● Available and Booked booths will be color coded
● Traders can click on an available booth and book the booth and pay online
Badge Generation and Emailing
● Generate badges for all approved delegates as per approved badge design
● Badge can have a photo of the delegate, his details as well as QR Code or Barcode.
● Auto email the badge to them
● Delegates can print, fold two times along the marked fold lines
● Pouch and lanyard can be kept in open areas for delegates to collect and insert badge
● Delegate can avoid queuing at registration counter to collect their badge
● Only those delegates who come without printout, need to go counter to print their badge
Access Control
● Software to control differential access to various sessions, lunch/dinner venues and also the
issuing of delegate bags / the welcome kits.
○ Multiple entry access can be enabled for conference/technical sessions
○ Single entry/scan for lunch/dinner/delegate Kit.
○ Exit scan possible if required
Spot Registration
● Helps to reduce time taken for spot registration and queuing at counters
● QR code at registration areas for delegates to scan using any QR app on mobile
● Opens up a form for filling
● On submission of registration details, gets a QR code on mobile
● Show QR code to the counter for payment and instant badge printout.
Exhibitor management module
● Selected Vendors can upload their products, their images, prices, description, etc
● Exhibitors can upload :
○ collaterals such as Fascia name
○ logo, company pictures, company introduction note
○ products, services, certifications
○ contact person details, social media handles, etc
● Exhibitors can place orders for booth accessories uploaded by vendors
● Orders and payments go directly to vendors
● Control Panel to view of order details, total order value etc of each vendor
Conference Management
● Control panel to manage all conference related data. List as below:

● These information will flow into the registration website we create and the mobile applications

● Electronic badge with QR code on mobile app
