ABSTRACT
Helping Hand is a web application which is made for a NGO. Using this web
application a user can donate the foods, clothes, money, medicines etc. without going
anywhere at any time from any place. Volunteer can also connect to this NGO using this web
application and can help NGO in taking & delivering things from the user who wants to
donate. Even using this system user can register for event if he/she wants to celebrate the
event at NGO but for this approval from NGO is must.
INTRODUCTION
• Our main focus is here food-donation, clothes-donation, money-donation ,student for
study-helping in his school-fees, tuition-fees, and collage-fees, and medical-treatment, we can
collect that particular donation and provided to NGO .we also support some families in them
financial condition.
• In this project, we will have user, admin, and volunteer as three main roles. A user who wants
to donates something so they will be come at our web-application. They will be click on donate
button and go to register and fill-up him details at register time, after successfully registration they
will fill-up donation details, what you want to donate fill that details and select your donate type and
send that details to admin. our admin work on that detail, after completation of admin work they will
send that details to volunteer , our volunteer receive details by admin and work that details and
collect that donation and delivered in NGO. After this process user can get feed-back on our web-
application
EXISTING SYSTEM
• Requires more time to maintain records.
• It’s long time to process.
• It’s also difficult to find the activities.
• All the past work and on going work details are maintained manually by the
organization.
• It takes more time to prepare various events within a short time.
PROPOSED SYSTEM
