ANALYSIS OF RATE

1. Collecting, Coveying and Stacking at worksite Non-sal Bullah 175 mm. mean dia of
any length including cost, carriage, labour Cess and all other taxes etc. Complete as
per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
(i) Cost of Non-sal Bullah 150mm. to 200mm. mean dia =` 73.86
(ii) Conveyance charges per 1 Rm. =` 20.10
=` 93.96
Add 1% Labour cess =` 0.94
Total = ` 94.90 /Rm.
Say = ` 94.90 /Rm.
2. Labour for driving Non-sal Bullah piles and fixing in position 150mm. to 200mm. dia
beyand 1.50m. depth including sharpening the end etc. including labour Cess etc
complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

(Rate as per S/R 2014, P-34, Sl. No. 4) = @ ` 24.62/Rm.


( "2006" when labour rate was @ ` 55.00/Each)
So, Present rate is = ` 24.62 / 55.00 X 311.00 =` 139.21 /Rm.
Add 1% Labour cess =` 184.67 /Rm.
Total = ` 323.88 /Rm.
Say = ` 323.90 /Rm.
3. Labour for half bullah tying pieces fitted and fixed with nails etc. including labour
Cess and other taxes etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

(Rate as per S/R 2014, P-34, Sl. No. 13) = @ ` 5.96/Rm.


( "2006" when labour rate was @ ` 55.00/Each)
So, Present rate is = ` 5.96 / 55.00 X 311.00 =` 33.70 /Rm.
Add 1% Labour cess =` 0.34 /Rm.
Total = ` 34.04 /Rm.
Say = ` 34.00 /Rm.
4. Providing and lying in position sand bags, filled with sand in empty cement bags
with all leads, lifts and delifts including for filling empty cement bags, cost of sewing
srtings and cost, carriage with royalty of sand and excluding cost of empty cement
bags with all taxes and labour Cess etc.Complete. as per direction of Engineer-in-
Charge
a) Cost & Conveyance of Sand
Sand (Filling) 1.00 Cum.@ ` 42.86 /Cum. =` 42.86
Carriage of Sand 1.00 Cum.@ ` 184.67 /Cum. =` 184.67
=` 227.53 /Cum.
(Assuming 0.0283 cum. /each sand bag)
So 1 no. = 0.0283cum. 0.0283 Cum.@ ` 227.53 /Cum. =` 6.44 /Nos.
b) Labour for filling empty cement bags sewing and lying in position including cost of
sewing, strings etc. complete
(Rate as per A/R 2014, P-40, Sl. No. 7) = @ ` 0.96/Each.

So, Present rate is = ` 0.96 / 55.00 X 311.00 =` 5.43 /Nos.
c)Supplying empty cement bags of good quality stacking at worksite including cost ,
conveyance and other taxes etc.
Total (a+b) = ` 11.87 /Nos.
Add 1% Labour cess =` 0.12 /Nos.
Total = ` 11.99 /Nos.
Say = ` 12.00 /Nos.
5. Supplying empty cement bags of good quality stacking at wprksite including cost
, conveyance and other taxes etc.
=` 3.13 /Nos.
(Rate as per A/R 2014, P-6, Sl. No. 127(a))
Add 1% Labour cess =` 0.03 /Nos.
Total
=` 3.16 /Nos.
Say = ` 3.15 /Nos.
6. Supplying G.I. wire of 10 SWG for tying to the runner bullah including cost,
conveyance, labour,labour Cess and other taxes etc complete.
Rate as per A/R 2014, P-6, Sl. No. 125 =` 67.23
Add 1% Labour cess =` 0.67
Total = ` 67.90 /Kg.
Say = ` 67.90 /Kg.
7. Supplying M.S. Cut clasp nails including cost, conveyance, labour,labour Cess and
other taxes etc complete.
Rate as per A/R 2014, P-6, Sl. No. 120 =` 51.06
Add 1% Labour cess =` 0.51
Total = ` 51.57 /Kg.
Say = ` 51.60 /Kg.
