Following review, you will receive a letter from the IBU confirming your registration as an official fan club. Officially registered
fan clubs have the possibility to receive discounted ticketing conditions from World Cup organizers*. Please direct any
inquiries about these conditions to the World Cup organizer directly.

3. DECLARATION OF AGREEMENT
With this signature I declare that in the name of the above-mentioned club, I agree to comply with the rules of the IBU, in particular with the
IBU’s Rules for Advertising (banners, posters, flags and similar objects that are carried by fans or fan clubs and that contain commercial
advertising must be removed from the stadium area at the latest one hour before the start of the first competition). Moreover, I agree to
follow the instructions of both the IBU and the members of the local organizer, and to observe the respective stadium regulations.
I hereby confirm that the information I have provided here is correct. I acknowledge that the data will only be stored by the IBU for internal
purposes and only be shared with the relevant delivery service provider in order to process the shipment of IBU print media. Furthermore, I
agree that the data I have provided may be made available to local presenters of IBU events. For further information on the data protection

In the name of the IBU and its local organizers, we kindly ask you to observe the following notices for officially registered fan clubs:
• Fan club registrations will only be processed between April 1 and October 31 of each year.
• Only the AUTHORIZED PERSON (LEADERSHIP) of a fan club, specified in the application and therefore named in the official
fan club confirmation, is authorized to place ticket orders with local organizers.
• The leadership is likewise responsible for the proper and exclusive issuance of discounted fan club tickets to its members! Misuse
and distribution of fan club tickets will be investigated accordingly and may lead to the revocation of the IBU registration or the
revocation/invalidation of the relevant tickets.
• Changes regarding the contact information of a fan club and especially the fan club leadership should be reported to the IBU
promptly so that they may be passed on to the local organizers as quickly as possible.
• Ticket conditions for fan clubs may vary from one World Cup organizer to another.
• The stadium regulations of each local organizer must be observed and followed.
